WHAT IS THE PIPELINE INITATIVE?
The Pipeline Initiative is our action plan for bringing STEM education and FIRST teams to every student, at every grade level.
We work from the ground up, with a focus on sustainability by creating a strong foundation of community support and STEM passion before creating teams. This approach is the strongest way to build self-sustaining and thriving FIRST teams in our area.
THE PIPELINE INITIATIVE HAS FOUR MAIN SECTIONS

COMMUNITY
EVENTS
Reach over 200 people in a single day and help raise community awareness and support for our team and FIRST.

ELEMENTARY
LEVEL
Reach classroom-sized groups of students grades K-6, increasing their exposure to quality STEM education, building foundational engineering skills, and leading to the creation of FLL teams

MIDDLE SCHOOL
LEVEL
Reach slightly larger-than-classroom groups of students grades 7 & 8, build on the STEM skills they already have, and lead-in to creating FTC teams.

OUR TEAM
Focuses on building career-worthy STEM skills in our students, along with giving them the resources and support they need to pursue and succeed in a career they’re passionate about.

Each section of the Pipeline Initiative has three levels:
-
Introductory
-
Educational
-
